A controversial film that glorifies former Army chief General A S Vaidya's assassins as heroes and is sympathetic to the Khalistan cause is likely to be re-examined by the Censor Board following concerns raised by security agencies. The Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) had cleared the film in July and it is scheduled to be released on September 11.
`The Mastermind Jinda Sukha' lauds the sacrifice of “martyrs'' and Khalistan Com mando Force (KCF) militants Harjinder Singh aka Jinda and Sukhdev Singh aka Sukha, who gunned down Gen Vaidya on August 10, 1986, about two years after Operation Blue Star. Vaidya was the Army chief during Operation Blue Star.
