In an interview to BBC that is slated to telecast on International Women's Day, Delhi gangrape convict Mukesh Singh says women are far more responsible for rape than men. He also goes ahead to say that women who went out at night are to blame themselves if they drew attention from molesters or rapists.
The documentary called India's daughter is directed by BAFTA award winning director Leslie Udwin.
