CHENNAI: Tamil Nadu minister for finance and public works O Panneerselvam has filed a criminal defamation case against Tamil bi-weekly 'Junior Vikatan' for publishing an allegedly defamatory article.

City public prosecutor M L Jegan filed the case in the court of principal sessions and district judge on his behalf.
