The interrogation of a member of the right-group Sanatan Sanstha in connection with the murder of rationalist Govind Pansare has revealed a potential threat to senior Mumbai journalist Nikhil Wagle, police sources said on Monday.

The journalist, who has reportedly been receiving threats from the group since 2011, is under police protection. A review of his security cover was held recently after the threat perception during the interrogation of Sameer Gaikwad, an active member of Sanatan Sanstha.
