MUMBAI: Financial Technologies BSE -1.94 %, holding company of controversial entrepreneur Jignesh Shah, and Mumbai-based brokerage house Motilal Oswal Commodities Broker have filed defamation cases against NSEL Investors' Action Group founder Ketan Shah.
