The alumni association of Indian Institute for Mass Communication (IIMC) has condemned the attack on television journalist Kishan Barai in Bhubaneswar.
Barai was attacked by unidentified people during a press conference in Bhubaneswar on Tuesday.

"This attack is totally unacceptable, threatens freedom of media," said Jyotiprakash Mohapatra, general secretary of the IIMC association's Odisha chapter. He also demanded swift investigation into the attack.
