The Delhi police said no foreign funding was involved in the February 9 incident on the Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) campus where students allegedly raised anti-national slogans.

HC also asks police to conduct remand proceedings of JNU students Umar and Anirban secretly so that are not harmed. A senior police official said Singh was arrested when he presented himself to the investigators at Tilak Marg police station, and later released on bail.
