After being charged with sedition in Delhi, Jawaharlal Nehru University Students' Union president Kanhaiya Kumar, he has again been charged with sedition and defamation case in a civil court in Patna on Friday.

A Bihar based social activist, Dhiraj Kantikari lodged the case with a CJM based on Kanhaiya's speech on International Women's Day in Delhi. In that speech, Kanhaiya had fuelled another controversy by saying that the Indian soldiers rape women in Kashmir.
