It seems that the controversy surrounding Shah Rukh Khan‘s Raees is not ending. Earlier, cars were stoned and the film’s shoot was disrupted in Gujarat by the VHP (Vishwa Hindu Parishad) party workers. They were angry on Shah Rukh Khan’s intolerance remarks and wanted the actor to leave. But after a two delay, the makers shot for the film and completed the Gujarat schedule. However, it seems that the film has run into fresh trouble after a underworld don filed a legal case.
Shah Rukh Khan, who is essaying the role of Latif in the film, has been issued the notice. The Ahmedabad local court issued the notice to Shah Rukh Khan after acase was filed by Latif’s son Mushtaq Sheikh.
Latif’s son has revealed in his notice that Raees has portrayed his father in a bad light and his reputation in the society is not shown in a positive manner. The petitioner further claimed that the film will spoil his family’s name. The gangster’s son had expressed his displeasure earlier too, but it wasn’t highlighted during that time. Now, he has filed a case and asked for a stay on the release of Raees.
