Ref: http://www.assamtribune.com/scripts/detailsnew.asp?id=aug0516/city055
A case has been registered with Latasil police station against Outlook magazine which, in its latest edition, published a report alleging that “the RSS trafficked 31 children from Assam to Gujarat and Punjab to initiate them into Hinduism without the consent of their parents.”

The complaint has been filed jointly by SC Koyal, who is also an Assistant Solicitor General of the Government of India at the Gauhati HC, and advocate Bijon Mahajan, against the writer of the article, the editor-in-chief and the publisher of the magazine, contending that the write-up promoted enmity between different groups residing in BTAD areas on the basis of religion and race and was prejudicial to maintenance of harmony.
