Facing defamation case, Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi on Monday appeared before a Bhiwandi court over his alleged comment against the RSS killing Mahatma Gandhi. The court, however, adjourned the case for March 3, when charges against Rahul are likely to be framed.

Speaking to reporters outside the court, Rahul Gandhi called the case as a battle of ideologies. "I remember Gandhiji today... My fight is against an ideology. It's a fight against those who killed Gandhi, against those who have removed Gandhiji from Khadi and Gramodyog calendars," said Rahul.
