Picture and story leaks have been the biggest fear for filmmakers these days. Even as various looks of Ranbir Kapoor in Sanjay Dutt’s biopic have leaked online, the Tamil movie maker, Shankar has been dreading a similar event in his upcoming movie, 2.0. The Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar starrer have been kept extremely secretive, and two photojournalists were attacked and assaulted for clicking pictures in the shooting area. Enthiran 2 or 2.0 shooting was interrupted as the crew allegedly got violent with reporters Raghunathan and Sri Barath. The crew was shooting for the sequel of Robot at Triplicane.

The journalists alleged that a key intersection in downtown Triplicane was today blocked to facilitate shoot for the big ticket movie. The area is generally allotted for shooting from 11 pm to 6 am. However, S Shankar and his crew were shooting for the movie in daylight when one of the reporters questioned about the permissions taken for the shoot. As the two reporters were clicking pictures in the area, the crew became extremely violent and confiscated their camera as well.
