A Delhi Court on Thursday expressed displeasure over absence of sedition charges in the Action Taken Report (ATR) filed by the Delhi Police in the Ramjas College incident.

The Court questioned the silence maintained by the Delhi Police in regard with charges of sedition and asked to file an updated FIR in three weeks.

The court said, “In the ATR there is no mention that the police are also looking into sedition charges.”

“In the present complaint it has not been alleged that anti-national slogans were raised at the incident spot,” it added.
