The Association of Malayalam Movie Artists (AMMA) has lifted the 'ban' on director Vinayan. From now AMMA members will have no restrictions to act in films directed by Vinayan.

Earlier, Vinayan had written to AMMA seeking permission for actors, who were AMMA members, to act in his films. AMMA annouced the lifting of the ban at the organization's general body meeting on Thursday.
