Authorities on Saturday suspended the mobile Internet services in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district in view of killing of two militants and a civilian.
While two Lashkar-e-Toiba militants were killed in a gunfight with forces, a civilian was killed and dozens injured in the ensuing clashes.
Local sources said that Gulzar Ahmad Mir, son-in-law of Sanaullah Mir, Allaypora was injured during the clashes.
He was rushed to the SMHS hospital in Srinagar but he succumbed.
Sources said that another civilian, identified as Muhammad Ashraf Mir with firearm injury was referred to SMHS hospital in Srinagar for specialized treatment.
