Going to court pays

Seven  days after filing a case under the Maharashtra recognition of trade union and prevention of unfair labour practices (MRTU PULP) Act, the People India  team which went to court against abrupt closure of the magazine by Outlook Group, withdrew their case today. The editor Saira Menezes said they had reached an amicable settlement with the management within the process of law, and all outstanding dues were paid to every employee in the team.
