On March 6 the sites reported to be blocked by the Dept of Telecom were accessible on MTNL and Tata Indicom. It is not clear whether the block has been lifted with regard to all ISPs. The sites were Mobango, Zone-h, Clickatell, and Typepad.com. Clickatell was still not accessibe from MTNL.
