Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda has announced annual awards for journalists worth Rs.3.7 million and also gave a grant of Rs.2.5 million to the Chandigarh Press Club on the occasion of national press day here.The chief minister said that by announcing the awards for journalists, Haryana has become the first state to do so in the country.
