MP Shashi Tharoor's civil defamation case against Arnab Goswami and Republic TV came up in the Delhi High Court on May 29 and the court has issued notice to the former editor-in-chief of Times Now and his newly-launched channel to respond to Tharoor's defamation plea, says PTI. The judge hearing the matter is quoted as having said, "Bring down the rhetoric. You can put out your story, you can put out the facts. You cannot call him names. That is uncalled for." The next hearing is on August 16. (Firstpost)
