Inquilab’s headline for that day translates as ‘Saffron Shadow’, whereas that of the Hindi daily reads, “Bhari Bhajapa ki jholi, Congress aur simti” (BJP’s kitty fills up, Congress shrinks further). Roznama Sahara’s headline the day after was, “Amma aur Didi ki shandar wapsi” (Grand comeback of Amma and Didi), while Rashtriya Sahara banner’s headline reads, “Bhajpa, Jaya, Mamata ne racha itihas” (‘BJP, Jaya, Mamata script history’).
