The editor of a popular Marathi newspaper has been exposed in a case involving misappropriation of public funds. A Goa court has said that the editor of Lokmat, Raju Nayak, in addition to "powerful and politically connected people" used coercive measures in order to misappopriate Rs 21 lakh of public funds.
