If the Hindustan Times is to be believed the PMO presided over by Manhoman Singh was only sent ‘positive’ press clippings by the Press Information Bureau, but the Modi PMO is now specifically asking to be sent clips of negative reports in the press, as well. Apparently they now send a special report of 5-7 top “negative articles” to the PMO staff.
