The Economic Times was the only paper to write a first edit on Mukesh Bansal's exit from Flipkart. On Feb 12 it had an effusive headline--Bye, Third Fiddle, Hail Entrepreneur--and explained why the paper thought his exit would benefit both Flipkart and the man himself. And it ended with an amazing final para which said some parting of ways are better for society. Example: if the Ayodhya palace had continued as one "cuddlesome happy family" after Ram's anointment, would Ravana have been killed?
