The Delhi High Court has issued notice to Republic TV on the Times Group’s petition alleging copyright violation. BCCL has filed a petition in Delhi High Court against Arnab Goswami’s ARG Outlier Media and Asianet News saying that said that the audio clips which Republic TV had used in its stories on Lalu Yadav and Sunanda Pushkar were the intellectual property of Times Now. The court hearing is on 26 May.
