Vir Sanghvi and Dhanya Rajendran said TV channels had sunk to new lows, but Bhupendra Chaubey justified the coverage saying that news television's present revenue model was responsible for it. Meanwhile Smita Pakash of ANI justified 'bathtub coverage' and hearse chasing by saying that the public were hungry for news on the death.
