Bhupendra Chaubey, anchoring Good Evening India (June 4), referred to some of the betting/IPL racket suspects being out on bail and asked, "Is this justice?". Media persons need to understand that suspects are detained for questioning, and arrested for custodial questioning, and then when charged, become accused. When courts feel their being free would not affect the course of a probe, they are on bail. Detention during a probe is not punishment.
