The gesture was in response to Gupta asking Rajnath Singh on his show Walk the Talk on NDTV 24x7 to honestly assess PM Narendra Modi, adding that he knew he would not have anything critical to say about him and only shower praise on the prime minister! The interview was an exercise in futility as Singh did not answer any question Gupta asked, taking cover of the term 'sub judice' for most things.
