No mobiles in DNA

IN Media Watch Briefs | 16/07/2015

It may be the digital age with the Internet of everything, but some media houses have regressed to the Jurassic age.  Come July 16, DNA will implement a ~no mobile policy~ in its offices in Mumbai and Thane and employees have been instructed to surrender their phones to the security. The policy (copy with The Hoot), will also affect visitors. It has riled staff and reporters will have to fall back on landlines and walking the beat to get in touch with their contacts.
