Who deserves a title and who doesn't? NDTV apparently has its own criteria. In an article on NDTV's website, a nurse and her husband are referred to simply by their names--Bhanwari Devi and Amarchand respectively. But in the same article, a disgraced minister, Mahipal Maderna, and an MLA, Malkhan Singh, are both referred to as "Mr." Is NDTV status conscious?
