Mint reports that the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd has withdrawn on September 12 a Rs 100-crore defamation case against Moneylife magazine and its founders Debashis Basu and Sucheta Dalal. The case was filed in July 2015 after Moneylife published a whistleblower's letter which alleged that NSE had given preferential access to certain brokers while accessing its algorithmic trading platform.
