Peepli Live in reverse
Actor Omkar Das the protagonist of Peepli Live will now don the mantle of a reporter. The scruffy looking Das is "covering" Bihar elections for the Hindi channel ‘ Live India’. The actor-reporter was seen recently at Arun Jaitley's press con. A nice symbiotic relationship here: the channel grabs eye balls and the character his two minutes of fame.
