Why do the media ask experts for their wishlist for the Budget even from 8 am on budget day when it is known that the proposals were sealed days ago and even printed? What purpose do they serve if not articulated during the months preceding the formulations so the Finance Minister could have chewed on them? A guessing game which fills airtime?
