Who got the  contaminated water supply fixed in the Delhi colony of Vasant Kunj? The Hindustan Times  believes it was a case of  "HT impact". It announced it was their story that sent the Delhi Jal Board scurrying into action. But its  arch rival The Times of India asserts it¿s after the "TOI front-paged a report" on the dirty water in this locality that the authorities acted swiftly to fix the problem.
