The fake video factory targeting Rahul Gandhi is getting creative. Boomlive did a fact check on a video, ostensibly of Rahul Gandhi speaking at a rally in Gandhinagar in Gujarat in October where money was being distributed to those present. The original video was uploaded in March this year, and is supposed to be of a rally in Imphal. You can make out that the audience is definitely not from Gujarat. There are Congress flags at the venue. The original video had the audio of people speaking in Meitei. It has been edited to add an audio of Rahul Gandhi making a speech in Hindi. Ofcourse that still doesn't explain why money was being distributed at a Congress rally.
