Trending on twitter but silence elsewhere

A farmers' long march with the #KisanLongMarch has been trending on top spot on Twitter all afternoon. Thousands of farmers have marched more than 200 KMs to Mumbai to demand loan waivers and the transfer of forest land to tillers. The Mumbai traffic police have had to issue a traffic advisory too. But, say the organisers, apart from the government, the media is also ignoring the farmers' march, organised by the All India Kisan Sabha.
