Jobs are a major concern of the Delhi citizenry, right? But maybe not of the English newspaper readership. Yesterday (Dec 9) was the concluding day of a three week job fair (November 16-December 9) which the Delhi Administration had organised, the second of its kind. Not a line on its outcome this morning in any of the major English papers in Delhi. But the Dainik Jagran had a small two column story on page 7, which said that 13,000 youth had found jobs. Amar Ujala and Dainik Bhaskar had no reports. Essentially these are employment categories at the lower rungs of the service sector. But how it w ent would surely have made a significant human interest story?
