Business Standard reported last week that Flipkart is in talks to sell an a percentage of stake to Bennett, Coleman and Co Ltd. The paper said the deal would “entail a combination of cash and advertisements” whereby Flipkart would get value via ads on BCCL’s properties. Seems nobody is using the term Private Treaties anymore.
