The Hindu wants credit for breaking the story "SIT summons Modi in Jaffrey murder enquiry" that appeared on page one of its March 12 edition. The paper says so in the last para of the story itself. The exclusive was immediately picked up by television channels, news agencies, and other websites without crediting the original source."
